A line was 20 deep at a little after 6 a.m. at the Denny's on Georgia as folks had free Grand Slam breakfasts on the brain and on their stomach. Line was moving fast, but some people had to get to work.
But Denny's was passing out rain checks for those who didn't have time to wait in line. It was good for a free Grand Slam anytime Monday through Friday.
Now how could you beat that? I'll have more on the free Grand Slams in Wednesday's column.
