Who's responsible for the upkeep of downtown sidewalks? Anyone?
The sidewalk in the 500 block of Tyler just north of the Chase Building is overgrown with weeds. It looks horrible. It borders what once was Friendly News and an abandoned garage. I've seen vacant lots with fewer weeds.
Just looks trashy and the city deserves better.
