I saw them with my two eyes around 11:30 a.m. today. Photographer Stephen Spillman, who was driving, was a witness.
But along around 1-27 and Western, there is was. A TxDot tractor pulling a mower and cutting down the jungles in Amarillo otherwise known as the medians. I kid you not. Hopefully, I-40 will be getting a long overdue trimming as well.
All I can say is, what took so long?
