Going east is a beast

For those having to be at work around 8 a.m., and having to head east for any length at all, it's a hairy commute in the morning, isn't it? The sun, which comes up at 7:35 a.m., is brutal.

It's at the imperfect angle that sits right below my visor and is just blinding. There's a glare compounded by the windshield not completely de-fogged that makes it almost impossible to see more than 20 feet beyond my hood.

It makes it a guessing game on a turn signal too. For some reason, driving into a sunrise as opposed to a sunset always seems worse. So if I have an accident in the next week or so, I'm apologizing in advance.
